Green Fleet Program
Powered by Argonne National Labs GREET Model, The Green Fleet Program allows
fleet managers the ability to evaluate vehicles based on their environmental
lifecycle and economic impacts. This includes the environmental impact
created by producing, manufacturing and fueling the vehicles.
The program shows fleet managers the total quantity of regulated emissions
and carbon dioxide produced while also tracking how much fossil fuel that
is consumed over the life of the vehicle. The tracking of the lifecycle
fossil fuel consumed per mile traveled or the EFFECTIVE MPG - produces an
easy to use vehicle and fleet comparison tool.
This program allows fleet managers to establish their baseline environmental impact. It can also simulate the effects, both environmental and economic of replacing all or some of their fleet with eco-friendly cars.
The Green Fleet Program can provide fleet mangers with the following environmental
